The following are documents you should have in a safe place but accessible:
Names and addresses of your beneficiaries
A list of your assets and liabilities
ASSETS: Property addresses, bank accounts, investment accounts, retirement accounts, and insurance policies
LIABILITIES: Mortgages, car loans, credit card balances, and other debts
Any current documents you have (will, trust agreement, power of attorney, etc.)
Information about any business interests you may have, including ownership percentages and the value of businesses
All questions, concerns, or goals regarding your personalized documents
